Exchanges
For exchange inquiries, please contact us at ksbodykarebiz@gmail.com for any questions. Shipping costs for eligible exchanges will be covered by K's Body Kare.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products(personal care/cosmetics), we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.Please note that refunds are reviewed case-by-case.
